Celuce.com offers free UPS ground or USPS on all domestic orders. We try our best to minimize the handling time. The in-stock products usually ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders usually take 2-4 weeks from the time of ordering to shipping, depending on fabric availability and specific requirements. If you like your order to be shipped outside US, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping cost.
In-stock items can be returned to us within 20 days of receipt for full refund.
Custom (made-to-measure) items:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with our product quality, we offer free exchange on custom items.
- We understand that our customers might make a mistake in measuring. If the difference in measurement is within 10 inches, we offer free exchange as well.
- If the exchange is due to fabric selection or incorrect measurement over 10 inches, customers can return the custom items and get a store credit of 70% of the order value, which can be applied to any future purchase.

Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns or exchanges must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for exchange or refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery might not be eligible for a refund either.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
