Celuce.com offers free UPS ground or USPS on all domestic orders placed on our website at checkout. We try our best to minimize the handling time. The ready made in-stock products usually ship within 1-2 business days. The custom orders vary depending on fabric availability and specific requirements. If you like your order to be shipped outside US, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping quotes.
All in-stock items can be returned to us within 20 days of receipt for full refund (minus the shipping charges). Non-in-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Oversized items (valances or panels more than 100'' wide) or items with special requirements are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Buyers will be responsible for the shipping charges. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery also may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
