Red and gold tassel fringes are hand tailored along the curvaceous swags and tails to enhance the magnificence and royalty of the curtain's appearance.

Recommended measuring instructions:
Measure the width of your window, including any wooden frame on both sides. For this rod pocket curtain style, add 3 to 5 inches if you want valance only. If you are to use draperies underneath the valance, add 10 to 20 inches (if space allows) to make the window appear wider.

Shipping Policy:
Celuce.com offers free UPS ground or USPS on all domestic orders. We try our best to minimize the handling time. The in-stock products usually ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders usually take 2-4 weeks from the time of ordering to shipping, depending on fabric availability and specific requirements. If you like your order to be shipped outside US, please email contact@celuce.com for shipping cost.

Return Policy:
In-stock items can be returned to us within 20 days of receipt for full refund.

Custom (made-to-measure) items can be returned to us within 20 days of receipt for store credit.

Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for exchange or refund. Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery might not be eligible for a refund either. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or online account for custom orders, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@celuce.com.
